Commercial relations built to last
The quality of the relations between PSA Group and its customers is at the core of the Group’s commercial organisation. These relations involve a variety of communication channels and encompass all the facets of commercial relations.
PSA Group has a global network of 10,000 dealerships and/or approved repairers, of whom 430 belong to the Group and make up the entity Peugeot Citroën Retail, Europe’s second-biggest vehicle distributor with 500,000 new and used vehicles sold in 2015.
Banque PSA Finances, key partner to the Peugeot, Citroën and DS brands, offers a full range of made-to-measure financing, services and insurance products for both private customers and businesses. Banque PSA Finance is present in Europe, Russia, China and Latin America.
Replacement parts are distributed by the Group brand service points, as well as through the Eurorepar Car service network (2,000 service points, 10,000 between now and 2021), as well as through the Mister Auto website.
The Group’s used vehicle offering, comprising 250,000 vehicles in 2015, is set to develop with the launch of an online multibrand platform. The aim is to reach 460,000 vehicles in 2021.
New frontiers in mobility
PSA Group is opening new frontiers with services and activities designed to meet customers’ changing mobility requirements. With cars becoming more than just an object or a means of transportation, PSA Group is committed to developing sustainable mobility solutions.
Through the cooperation agreement signed in 2015, PSA Group and the Bolloré Group are pursuing their shared ambition of becoming a key player in the car-sharing market. The Group had already formed a partnership with Deutsche Bahn, the German rail utility, to set up a service similar to Paris’s Autolib in Berlin (Citroën Multicity).
