Engagement with young people

To develop the talents and skills essential to the company’s success, the PSA Group has an active partnership policy with schools and universities allowing it to assist talented young people at every step – during their education, their apprenticeship in the company, and when they are hired.

The PSA Group has formed partnerships with numerous educational institutions in France and abroad. Initiatives range from research chairs to the development of joint projects. A network of 80 Campus Partners works with schools selected by the PSA Group to orient training programmes and to instruct and advise young people. In France, the private PSA Technical School, operated in partnership with the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research, offers a two-year programme for over 600 young people in 65 educational institutions across the country, giving them excellent preparation for future jobs.

To promote the employment of young people, the Group invests more than €60 million a year in over 2,000 internships, apprenticeships, doctoral thesis projects, and international internships (VIE). The PSA Group also has a programme to inform and train mentors in the company so that apprenticeships will be well adapted to the young people and help them to advance professionally.
