A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, M. Jack Azoulay began his career in 2002 at the Cour des Comptes (French Court of Auditors). He then joined the European commission in Brussels, within the Cabinet of Loyola de Palacio, VP Transports and Energy. He was advisor to the Prefet of Franche-Comté Region from 2004 to 2005 and Finance Inspector at the French Minister of Economy and Finance from 2006 and 2010. He then took responsibilities in the Group La Poste, namely as Executive VP of the Mail Division and Executive Head of the Services Business Unit.
From September 2016, Jack Azoulay has been serving as Head of Industrial Shareholdings at the French State’s shareholdings agency Agence des Participations de l’Etat (APE).
